The build
Dadu Industries successfully completed FAT and commissioning of a Robotic Welding Cell for a leading switchgear manufacturer.
The cell uses future-ready modular change-over fixtures that accommodate multiple job variants, and a two-station turntable so the robot welds one side while the operator loads the other — delivering simultaneous welding and zero robot idle time.
Offline simulation was used to validate reach, torch access and cycle time before a single component was cut, so the installed cell matched the simulated cycle on day one.
