Fixture and reach study reviewed against the part drawing and tolerance stack before cutting steel.

Process trials

Weld parameters proven on customer samples; penetration and distortion checked and recorded.

Factory acceptance

Full FAT at our works with the customer present: cycle time, repeatability and safety interlocks.

Commissioning sign-off

Installation, operator training and buy-off at the plant, then support through the ramp-up.
