The build
Dadu Industries completed FAT and export of a fully automatic busway assembly, riveting, testing and packing line for a leading busway manufacturer.
The 30-metre line runs as Assembly Station → Automatic SPR Riveting Station → Pop-Up Station → Automatic Wrapping Station, and was indigenously designed and manufactured in-house.
It suits a range of busway sizes with automatic pitch calculation and accurate rivet-to-rivet dimensions. Stanley-Tucker self-piercing riveting technology guarantees a sound joint every time, with a real-time rivet placement graph recorded for every single rivet.
