What kind of automation do you actually build in-house?

We design, build, program and commission robotic welding cells (arc/MIG, TIG, spot, plasma), welding SPMs such as servo positioners, rotators, column-and-boom manipulators and servo lifters, assembly and joining SPMs (SPR, riveting, bush pressing, valve tightening), robotic handling and machine tending, and error-proofing systems such as stud counters and poka-yoke panels. Fixtures, control panels, robot programming and FAT all happen at our own works in Bhavnagar.

Which robot brands do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We integrate and program industrial robots from the major brands used in Indian manufacturing, and we have delivered cells built around Yaskawa Motoman robots. If your plant is standardised on a particular make and controller, we build the cell around it so your maintenance team keeps one spare-parts and training standard.

Can you improve weld quality on distorted or inconsistent parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For seams that move because of sheet distortion or fit-up variation we use laser seam tracking, so the robot follows the real seam instead of a fixed taught path. We proved this on corrugated transformer tank sheets, where manual welding could not hold consistent quality.

How do you decide between a robot cell and a special purpose machine?

It comes down to part family, cycle time and change-over. When the part mix is wide and the geometry complex, a robot with modular fixtures is usually cheaper over the life of the line. When the operation is fixed and repetitive — pressing, riveting, tightening, counting — a purpose-built SPM is faster, simpler and easier for your operators to run.

What information do you need to quote a project?

Part drawings or 3D models, material and thickness, joint details, annual volume, target cycle time, the number of variants, and available floor space with utilities. If you are automating an existing manual process, photos or a short video of the current station help a lot.

Do you supply fixtures and change-over tooling as part of the cell?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Welding and assembly fixtures, modular change-over plates and locating schemes are designed with the cell, not bought separately. On our breaker-component cell we used modular change-over fixtures on a turntable so the robot keeps welding while the operator loads the next variant.

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

A single robotic welding cell with fixtures is typically a few months from approved design to FAT, depending on tooling complexity and long-lead items such as robots, servo drives and safety hardware. Multi-station assembly lines take longer. We share a stage-wise schedule with design, manufacturing, assembly, FAT and site commissioning milestones.

Do you run a factory acceptance test before dispatch?

Accepted Answer

Every machine is assembled, programmed and run at our works, and we invite your team for FAT with your own components. Nothing ships before it produces acceptable parts at the agreed cycle time in front of you.

Question 9

Do you commission at our plant and train our operators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our own engineers install, align, re-master and commission the machine at your plant, then train operators and maintenance staff on running the cell, loading programmes, change-over and first-level fault finding.

Can you export machines outside India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have built and exported robotic welding cells for global manufacturers, including a robotic TIG welding cell for electrical junction boxes, with FAT completed at our works before packing and dispatch.

Question 11

Can you upgrade or retrofit our existing robots and machines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Retrofitting is one of our regular services: new controllers, drives, safety systems, sensors and tooling on existing robots or SPMs, so a working mechanical base gets a modern control system instead of being scrapped.

Question 12

Do you relocate production lines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle line relocation — dismantling, marking, shifting, re-erecting, re-mastering robots and re-validating the process at the new location so the line restarts with the same output.

What support is available after commissioning?

Accepted Answer

Preventive maintenance visits, breakdown support, spare parts, robot programme changes for new components, and operator or maintenance training. Because we built the machine, the same engineers who commissioned it support it.

Do you supply used or refurbished robots?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where budget is the deciding factor, we supply tested used robots and build the cell around them, with the same fixture design, safety and programming standards as a new-robot project.
