Program and commission industrial welding and handling robots for customer projects, from offline simulation to on-site commissioning.
Responsibilities
- · Teach and optimise robot programs for welding and handling
- · Support FAT and on-site commissioning
- · Train customer operators and maintenance teams
Requirements
- · Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- · Hands-on experience with industrial robot teach pendants
- · Willingness to travel to customer sites
Design welding fixtures, SPM structures and robot cell layouts in 3D from customer component data.
Responsibilities
- · Fixture and SPM design in 3D CAD
- · Reach and cycle time studies
- · Release of manufacturing drawings and BOMs
Requirements
- · Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- · Strong 3D CAD skills
- · Experience with welding fixtures preferred
Develop PLC and HMI logic, safety circuits and machine interfaces for automation cells.
Responsibilities
- · PLC and HMI programming
- · Safety circuit design and validation
- · Panel testing and site commissioning
Requirements
- · Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation
- · PLC programming experience
- · Understanding of machine safety standards
