Founded Dadu Industries in 2014 to bring robotic welding and special purpose machine building capability to manufacturers in Gujarat and across India. Leads application engineering and stays personally involved in feasibility and FAT on every project.

Application engineering
Feasibility, cycle time, process selection
Studies your component, joint and volume data, decides between robot and SPM routes, simulates reach and cycle time, and turns that into a concept your production team can sign off.
Design & mechanical
Fixtures, SPM structures, change-over tooling
Detailed 3D design of fixtures, positioners, lifters, guarding and machine structures, including modular change-over tooling for mixed part families.
Controls & robot programming
PLC, HMI, safety, robot paths
Builds control panels, PLC and HMI logic, safety circuits and robot programmes, including touch sensing, weaving, multi-pass welding and laser seam tracking.
Manufacturing & assembly
In-house build and FAT
Fabricates, assembles and dry-runs every machine at our Bhavnagar works, then runs factory acceptance testing with your own components before dispatch.
Commissioning & service
Installation, training, lifetime support
Installs and commissions at your plant, trains operators and maintenance staff, and handles preventive maintenance, retrofits, relocations and breakdown support afterwards.
