The build
Missing or badly welded studs are only found at assembly, where correction is expensive. This system counts and verifies studs on each panel automatically and locks the process until the count matches the recipe for that variant.
The station combines sensing, a pokayoke panel and clear operator feedback, so every panel that leaves the cell carries the correct number of studs in the correct positions — with the result recorded for traceability.
