The build
The machine locates the torque tube cylinder, then tightens each valve in a fixed, interlocked sequence to the specified torque.
Pokayoke logic prevents the cycle from completing until every valve has been tightened within its window, and the fixture is designed so the part cannot be loaded incorrectly. The result is a repeatable leak-free assembly with a clear pass/fail signal for the operator.
