The build
This station assembles and tightens cylinder assemblies using a counter-balanced torque arm with encoder feedback on the tightening axis.
Every joint is monitored for both torque and angle, so cross-threaded, missing or under-torqued fasteners are detected at the station instead of downstream. Results are logged per part, giving the customer traceable proof of assembly for each unit that leaves the line.
